”Really cosy hotel in the middle of this beautiful town. Stayed 3 nights. The service was really friendly upon arrival, but service at breakfast was very slow. Last morning the service was slow AND rude. My colleague even said that I think the waitress really does not want us here. We had to ask for service and this dark haired girl with freckles forced herself to come and serve us with her face showing that she really does not want to work there. ”

”Tosi ihana idea. Lähes samanlaista kuin leirintäalueella. Musiikki soi paikan puolesta kovalla kello23 asti, eli hiljaisuuteen asti. Itse olisin kyllä nukkunut jo aiemmin. Aamiainen aivan kohtuuttoman kallis sämpylä, kroisantti, jugurtti, mehulasi, kahvi, 1 juusto- ja kinkkusiivu. Oleskelun aikana jopa juomavesi maksoi.”

"Absolutely lovely young woman at reception. The entire staff was friendly and the service efficient. Our room was clean and spacious. Lovely big bathroom. Although the water pressure was on the low side so it took forever to fill the bathtub. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect distance to public transport and a short walk to ziggo dome. On the last morning, however, we noticed that when the sun started to shine from a clear sky, the room started to heat up quite quickly. Luckily, we had nice, cool weather, but in the heat it could have been uncomfortable. "
"Majoittauduimme 3 yötä perheen kanssa tässä hotellissa. Ympäristöystävällisyyteen nojaten sisäänkirjautuessa vaihdoimme joka päiväisen siivouksen drinkkilippuihin. Ymmärrän toki, että pyyheliinojen jokapäiväistä pesua voi välttää, mutta en ihan ymmärrä, miten huoneen imuroimatta jättäminen ja roskiksien tyhjentäminen edistää ympäristöystävällisyyttä.
Todellinen ongelma oli kuitenkin se, että WC:n roskis oli tyhjentämättä edellisten asukkaiden jäljiltä. Kävin tästä mainitsemassa vastaanotossa, työntekijä kirjasi asian paperille ja lupasi roskiksen tyhjennyksen seuraavana päivänä. Missään vaiheessa roskista ei käyty tyhjentämässä.
Uloskirjautuessa mainitsin tästä, ja henkilökunnan asenne oli jotenkin todella nuiva, että aijaa, sori ja kiireellä seuraavaa asiakasta palvelemaan.
Jäi vähän epäarvostettu olo, varsinkin, kun julisteissa hotelli penää 5 tähden arvosteluja, ja että jos on 4, niin kerro meille, että voidaan parantaa asiaa.
Muuten kaikki ihan ok, aamiainen oli hyvä ja hotelli miellyttävästi ison areenan vieressä, keikkamatkalla kun oltiin."

The surroundings of the venue can be packed, noisy and restless when hundreds of people arrive or leave the Ziggo Dome. Finally, breakfast was 22 euros / person, which was too much so we did not take it. There’s however eg market and Starbucks nearby. I would stay here again if I went for a show ar Ziggo Dome."
