”We live local and decide to come to ypsi to celebrate our anniversary. The location is perfect for us. Just have a good time and not have to worry about driving. The apartment was super cute and clean also beds were very comfortable. Terrie added all of the great touches with a bottle of wine to celebrate and a card. Also have snacks available which out of the perfect touch.”

”We were 5-6 adults aged 32-79 coming into Ann Arbor for a university event. The house was perfect for us and the description is clear and accurate. Super clean and comfortable, all our needs were amply met. Location is really convenient and walkable to all (the university, Zingermans, downtown, the Huron River walk and kayaking). ”My wife and I, 2 small kids (8-11) visited the Henry Ford Museum. We stayed here and the condo was perfect for us. Very clean, enough room, perfect location to visit the surrounding area including downtown Detroit! Communication, directions, and parking were excellent. Highly recommended!”

”Communication with the management company is the best. The apartment has an excellent location--Kerrytown, Main Street shopping and restaurants and campus are all less than 1/2 mile walks. Note that the property is across the street from the Blind Pig (music venue) and if you go to sleep before 1AM on the weekend, bring a white noise machine or app. Very nicely appointed. ”Our stay in Milford was so great, we wanted to extend our stay. But this great property superseded our expectations. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, However, the cleaner missed some details in the bathroom. Nathan was amazing with communication.
