Merinäk��alat Bay Vistassa ovat vertaansa vailla! Ole valmis kokemaan panoraamanäkymät henkeäsalpaavat näkymät lahdelle olohuoneesi mukavasti. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneiston huoneisto, joka nukkuu 8, on juuri kunnostettu kokonaan ylhäältä alas. Kaikki on BRAND NEW ja upea sisustettu!

Bay Vistassa on avoin keittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelutila, josta on näkymät lahdelle ja jotka ehdottomasti vievät hengityksen. Koti on varustettu täysin uusilla laitteilla, kuten astianpesukoneella ja paikan päällä olevalla pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla. Siellä on paljon paikkoja istua ja seurustella tai vain rentoutua. Syö ruokapöydässä, joka mahtuu 6 paikkaa, tai keittiön saarebaarissa, johon mahtuu 4. Rauhoittavassa makuuhuoneessa on mukava parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja hajottava vaatekaappi, jossa on runsaasti tilaa viimeisimpiin lomahakuihisi. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa tai "kerrossängyssä" on yhden hengen / täyden kerrossänky-yhdistelmä, jossa on ylimääräinen täysikokoinen vyö ja työtila. Jos etsit lisätilaa vieraille, olohuoneen sohva tarjoaa ylimääräisen kuningatar-kokoisen vedon.

Tämä yksikkö, jossa 180 astetta kietou ikkunoiden ympärille oleskelutilassa, elää selvästi nimelleen ... Bay Vista. Itään päin nautit varmasti purjeveneiden, delfiinien, upeajen auringonlaskujen katsomisesta ja ehkä jopa joidenkin manaattien Skyway-sillan näkymän ylitse samalla kun siemailet kahvia tai jopa cocktailia.

Tämä ylellinen tila sijaitsee Bay Side Bungalow -rakennuksen 2. kerroksessa, jossa on 5 yksityistä yksikköä, jokaisella on oma suora sisäänkäynti. Tontit ovat kauniisti maisemoituja ja rakennuksessa on upea lomakeskuksen tyyliin lämmitetty uima-allas, jossa on runsaasti tuoleja, pöytiä ja lepotuoleja nauttiaksesi rentouttavasta päivästä uima-altaalla. Sekoita juomia tauossa tai grillaa tuoretta kalaa Rod & Reel -laiturilta, joka on vain pyöräretken päässä!

Gorgeous view. No squeaky box springs as reported in past reviews. Lovely sleep. Lovely space. Alarm is unbearable. It goes off not just when it’s opened but for each person that passes through while it’s open. It must be that way as a pool alarm for kids as there is no gate between this unit and the pool. Very loud. Would not have been bearable through our stay if we had not figured out how to turn it off. Would love to stay again. Not the best beach across the street but enough for walking and siting on the bench right across the street. Close to great restaurant and coffee and icecream shop right next door. Really wonderful. Would stay again. You can open the windows so it’s like the ocean is coming in along the front room.

Nice place

We had a nice time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The windows with the view was nice. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beach across the street had no real beach just dropped into the water. We ended up driving up to bean point and going there. Next time I would look in that section for a place to just walk out. Overall we were happy with our stay with the exception of the absolutely shrill alarms that go off when you open the door. We would hit override but they go off again within seconds I understand it’s to alert if small child gets out into pool area but there has got to be another way.

Good location, horrible property manager and experience

Avoid any property that is managed by AMI Locals by Prime Vacations. Same company. We originally booked a property with them in March 2025 & they cancelled it 4 days before we left in April 2025.They said it was damaged by the hurricane in October 2024 & still not ready. I asked why they rented it to us & they said they thought it would be ready & not their problem. They cancelled us. I found this property which ended up being managed by them as well, my mistake. We get there & realize that evening the shower & hot water do not work in the master bedroom. We text the number provided & the next morning receive a text they will be in touch. 9 hours later, no response so I text again & they text back they will send someone out on Monday, 2 days later. We have 4 people in the rental. I ask if they can send someone sooner & they say no. Monday comes around & they text someone will be there between 9am-11am. My husband waits & no one shows. We text and ask for an update & no one responds. We text again hours later & they text back the plumber will come on Tuesday between 9am-11am. My husband waits again (we are leaving Wednesday) & no one shows again. We text again & a representative calls & says a plumber did show & I said no they did not, my Husband was there & no plumber showed up & the representative said, well the paperwork says he was & hung up on me. Then the AMI representative texts back & writes, my mistake, the plumber could not come. It was never fixed. Avoid AMI.

Disappointing

We booked this condo for a last minute getaway. The pictures made it look much more higher end than in person. They're also not clear about the alarm that may go off every time you open or close the door. There's access to the condo pool and so there needs to be an alarm. The instructions were not clear and the alarm was deafening! Thankfully the customer service and maintenance man was able to address our concern. Sheets and towels made us feel like we were staying in a motel. The location is wonderful and we love AMI but felt the cost for this condo was way out of proportion for what we got. Wouldn't recommend.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Plenty of space for a family or a get away for friends.. The sunrise can be seen from across the street on the water. Very nice place. With beaches, fun activities ,and restaurants in walking distance.

Beautiful views - horrible alarm system

We got to the property after dark, and the signage for the property is horrible. They work for daytime, but really need backlit in the dark as they are metal yard signs with no light behind them. I called the number to get help, which wasn’t any help at all. Once we finally found it, there’s a crappy alarm system that you need at least two people to open and close door without the alarm going off. We put code in, opened door not knowing about alarm, and it went off for 10min with no hep from management company. Another renter came to our rescue and showed us how to get in and out, agreeing that the alarm system was absurd and worthless! The place is cute and we had unit 5 which faced the bay with beautiful views. The beds all have the squeakiest box springs I have ever encountered in my life! You literally cannot move without it sounding like someone is climbing off of a rubber couch. (And we are not large people) The windows all slide open left to right, but had no screens at all. Felt unsafe for those with kids and for keeping out birds / bugs. Kind of strange. Again, beautiful view and decent place. Alarm system was main annoyance and lack of help from the after hours number .

Unit was true to the pictures. The great room/common space was very nice, well designed and plenty of space for our party of 8. Comfortable beds*. Beautiful views of the bay. Pool was nice. Quiet area with plenty to do within walking distance. Easy access to the gulf and bay beaches. The free island trolley only a block away. Great rental option. Negatives: *pullout sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; Was not informed about the door alarm or bypass button - the alarm sounds/screeches 10 seconds after opening, the function couldn't be shut off and the bypass button was too high for the kids to reach; parking was a challenge with only one space per unit - with 8 in our party, we had more than one car; For security - No peep-hole or window for the door.

This spot was perfect for our family. The location and view cannot be beat. The design of the unit was great and they put some fantastic touches on the decor. It had everything we needed, only thing is to be mindful there is an alarm that goes off every time you open the door so if you have little kids this can be a loud experience!

Good, but...

One closet for three bedrooms. The fan in "master" kept hitting me in the head. The instructions for check-in were inadequate. There was an alarm system on the property that we could not get to turn off so we had to disable it. There was a button to press but it wasn't described in the check-in instructions. The instructions should be clearer with pictures. The best thing about the property was that it is next door to The Waterfront restaurant.

Condo was fine but AMI Mgmnt Needs to Improve

Condo was fine but AMI does not tell you about the alarm that goes off every single time you open the front door from both the inside or outside. There is actually a bypass button but no one bothered to tell us or give us any instructions prior to checking in. Disturbed all the neighbors until we finally reached someone at AMI. They were very non nonchalant and made us feel incompetent, as if we should have known about the alarm and how to bypass it.

Great locale

Condo was great, awesome location, 1 block from Pine Ave with all shops, restaurants. We drove down to beach to drop stuff then parked back at condo. Walk to beach not bad…about 3-4 blocks. Condo has everything needed. Laundry just down steps from front door & free. Highly recommend! (Bedroom 2 could use some shelves or dresser in closet). King beds are “creaky” but didn’t bother us.

Two family island trip

This place was very enjoyable. Communication with the rental team was prompt. The pool was nice and heated. Lots of great nearby restaurants and walking distance. Beware only one parking spot however. If you come in with two families and two cars you might have some issues finding a parking spot overnight. Reading prior reviews about the noisy beds it looks like they are still noisy. However overall it was a very enjoyable stay, comfortable for two families four adults four kids.

Brevard County Housewives Weekend

Eight of us came over to celebrate one lady's 50th. Entry to the property was a bit cumbersome, especially when bringing in luggage, groceries and coolers. Views were nice, pools was nice, property was clean, rooms were clean, property was well stocked. Only additional suggestion would be a checkout time a little later like 11am or Noon, so that people have time to wake up and get moving.

A Terrific Spot

Easy walkability with a comfortable, spacious and clean condo. The views from the main living space were breathtaking and peaceful. Agree with the prior reviews mentioning the noisy beds. They were comfortable but oh so noisy. This vacation home provided the basics (kitchen essentials, beach towels, a few towels for each bathroom, access To beach chairs). Definitely recommend bringing anything beyond the basics for your stay (additional bath towels/floor mat for outside the shower, basic toiletries of shampoo/body wash, throw blankets, cooking basics such salt pepper nonfat spray olive oils). Lacked the extra touches/amenities/accessories/renter welcome baskets that other prior rentals through VRBO have provided. We certainly WOULD recommend this vrbo to anyone asking about a great place to hang your hat while staying in Anna Maria. We enjoyed the stay tremendously!
