Blissful Bay on toinen 2. kerroksen kahdesta yksiköstä ja siinä on avoin keittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelutila. Koti on varustettu täysin uusilla laitteilla, kuten astianpesukoneella ja paikan päällä olevalla pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla. Siellä on paljon paikkoja istua ja seurustella tai vain rentoutua. Syö ruokapöydän ääressä tai keittiön saarebaarissa. Rauhoittavassa makuuhuoneessa on mukava parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja hajottava vaatekaappi, jossa on runsaasti tilaa viimeisimpiin lomahakuihisi. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa tai "kerrossängyssä" on kerrossängyt, joissa on upea pihaovi. Jos etsit lisätilaa vieraille, olohuoneen sohva tarjoaa ylimääräisen kuningatar-kokoisen vedon. Sekä kerrossängystä että toisesta makuuhuoneesta on näkymät vedelle makuuhuoneen ikkunoista.

Tämä ylellinen tila sijaitsee lahden rannan rakennuksen 2. kerroksessa, ja siinä on 5 yksityistä yksikkö��, jokaisella on oma suora sisäänkäynti. Tontit ovat kauniisti maisemoituja ja rakennuksessa on upea lomakeskuksen tyyliin lämmitetty uima-allas, jossa on runsaasti tuoleja, pöytiä ja lepotuoleja nauttiaksesi rentouttavasta päivästä uima-altaalla. Sekoita juomia tauossa tai grillaa tuoretta kalaa Rod & Reel -laiturilta, joka on vain pyöräretken päässä! Pohjakerroksessa rakennuksen edessä on myös julkinen patio, jotta voit rentoutua ja katsella ulos Tampa Bayn, Skyway-sillan ja AMI-laiturin yli. Sinä ja perheesi ette voi kuvitella täydellisempää paikkaa nauttia AMI: stä kuin tosi paikallinen sen kaiken sydämessä.

The condo was spacious and very clean. The pool was lovely and warm! Although was busy on the weekends. We could have used a full length mirror and the door alarm is exceedingly annoying. Some kind of alarm went off in the night and we had no idea what it was and it freaked us out. Have no idea what it was or where it was.Location was good with the Waterfront restaurant right across the street.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!!

We enjoyed it very much. Spacious kitchen - living room area, renovated shower (master) and well equipped. Pool area clean and organized, grill functioning well. Things to improve: master bed very old mattress and box makes loud noise. Some of the dishes not perfectly clean.-

Beautiful place and pictures don’t make it justice. Property was well maintained and pool was area was clean, peaceful and relaxing. Everything was to our expectations and more! Not our first time on the island, but our first at Blissful Bay. We would recommend and stay there again. Thanks

This property is managed by a property management with multiple properties on Anna Maria. I noticed before booking that cleaning fees including a gratuitous “linen fee” and “resort fee” despite this being essentially an apartment in a quad plex. These fees more than double the nightly rate. Before arrival I had my phone blown up with multiple phone calls, texts, and no fewer than a dozen emails stipulating all the rules of the property which weren’t outlined upon booking through VRBO, such as the imposition of pet weight limits. This may be detrimental to a traveler who has a pet over 50 lbs and is ineligible for a refund after booking through the app. Overall, the check-in process was super overwrought, and I was called ahead of time to tell me that there would be no early check-in or late check-out. (Keep in mind, checkout is an unusual time of 10:00am with no option to extend to 11). When checking in, the electronic door code did not work and I had to stand in the heat on hold with the customer service line to get someone to fix it. They promised to reset the door code but nobody ever came. The eye watering cleaning fees do not preclude the hosts from asking guests to do chores such as dishes and take trash out during their stay. Upon arrival I noticed the exterior areas were quite dirty with visible grime and stains on the outside banisters, stairways, and gates. There are incredibly irritating alarms on each exterior door, which I am told is due to city ordinance for pool safety, despite there being no alarm on the main gate to the pool. The inside of the apartment was clean, however there was a large window busted out and boarded up in my suite that had not been repaired - they just closed the blinds over it. Towels and cooking implements are provided but guests must bring their own toiletries, shampoo, olive oil, filtered water, etc. This VRBO is not like a typical one where these are supplied… it’s cheaper and more inhospitable. I was tickled to find a sign in the apartment stating that only one roll of toilet paper would be provided during our stay and beyond that we would have to go to the store and buy our own. Even the salt and pepper shakers were emptied out. This just seems penny wise/pound foolish. I think “AMI Locals” might be a better option for lodging if they offered a more hospitable experience. Overall the only winning factor was the location. Next time I will pick a different place to stay on Anna Maria.

Great but…..

The property overall is as described. The location is convenient and the actual unit is pretty spacious. The biggest problem for us was we were a party of seven and it is advertised as sleeping eight people. The sleeper sofa is included in the eight people and we needed to utilize that to accommodate our group. The mattress on the sleeper sofa is horribly thin and very uncomfortable. You could literally feel each bar through it. We contacted management the very next day after arrival and they said they would send somebody, which they did, and he’d told us they’d find a solution. And, through communications via text, I was told something would be done about it. I kept asking and was ignored about it. It could’ve been solved simply by getting us a replacement mattress or an air mattress. Nothing was done! And we paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay at a place that was supposedly able to sleep eight and did not even sleep seven comfortably! The last of the rant is that they give you two dishwashing tabs. We didn’t realize that we only had two until the last day when we were being considerate and were going to run the dishwasher and empty it when they told us that they only supply two. So pound wise -penny foolish. We had to leave a dishwasher full of dirty dishes for their over wrought cleaners to deal with. Just dumb.

Great area, missing some necessities

Great location, pool was nice, check in was rough- Did not get code until 15 mins after hour while waiting in heat with an infant and toddler was not fun. Bunk room beds were quite dirty and no new things to change them with. Bring dishcloths! Board walk is across from duplex and many places to eat. Beach is a short drive away.

Walking location to some shops and restaurants. Across from the Anna Maria pier where the kids enjoyed fishing. Short drive to Bean Point Beach. The property was clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us.

We were only here for one night; however, it was quite evident that the property was very clean, located near the water and great restaurants/shops, and we’ll cared for. It was quite private given it is a condo. Will definitely return in the future.

Perfect Location

Great communication with property management. Excellent location (right across the street from the City Pier with a little beach, right by Pine Ave shops and restaurants, once you park you can walk to pretty much everything on the north side of the island! Even though other people were staying at the property we had time to ourselves in the pool area every day (but there is enough space and chairs to share the space even if we were all out there at the same time). Our only complaint is that the mattresses were so noisy, any little movement would make a loud sound and wake up anyone else in the room with you. Hopefully that can be remedied by the property owners because then the unit would be perfect. We did have a great time - Thank you!
