This stunning, custom, canal home is 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom on desirable North End of Anna Maria Island. Conveniently located only 2 blocks away from Pine Avenue where there are many boutiques and restaurants and so close to the Bay beaches!! Featuring your private backyard oasis with a heated/chilled pool, large deck area to sun bathe, covered area and dock w/ water, electric and fish cutting station. 75 ft. of canal front for the fisherman, fish right off your dock or direct access to Bimini Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious living and dining area for entertaining, or dine out and relax on the huge screened in back porch. The kitchen features granite countertops, large island, beautiful backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove. Master suite is on the 3rd floor with a large ensuite bathroom and has a private balcony with a peak of Bay views!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Great house for a family vacation. The pool was the BEST. Hanging out on the screened in deck was fantastic. Everything you need is in walking distance except a grocery store.

Beautiful gem of a house placed in a perfect location! This house is located one block from the bay side, 4 blocks from the beach side and two blocks from Pine St., which if you are not familiar, is a wonderful area with great boutiques and local restaurants. Our kids are 15 and up so we did not mind walking everywhere but golf carts are available for rent near by.We have vacationed at AMI once a year for 23 years. We have not always stayed in the same location but I would certainly revisit this property. The property was clean, spacious and offered an ample about of kitchen supplies, which is not always easy to find. This property is on a water way leading out into the intercostal. BONUS, the property offers the use of two paddle boards and two kayaks. My entire family used the paddle boards. Easy entrance waterway from property into water to make getting in and out of water easy with heavy boards. We had a day of fishing with a local boat captain. Caught a ton of fish and enjoyed cooking the fresh seafood in the beautiful kitchen.My teens loved the hot tub jets and outside eating/bar.area. We did see a pingpong table/pool table on pics which my kids love but there was no net or pool balls to play w. This was the only small disappointment. We had several rainy days so it may have been a fun way to spend some time.The rental company, SATOS, were good with information and quick to respond.

BEST VACATION EVER!

Home was absolutely beautiful and close to all the popular shops and restaurants. Easy access to all the fun things to do at AMI. Property was well equipped inside along with tons of toys for our family to enjoy at the beach or pool. The outdoor area with the pool, hot tub and kitchen/bar made it the perfect hangout spot for our family. We will definitely be booking this home again next year. It exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Home in Ideal Location

This home is ideally located to easily get to both sides of the island, shopping and restaurants. I recommend a golf cart for your stay which makes it easier for getting around town and carting all your stuff to the beach. One thing to note is that you may need more basic supplies- like paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as there are limited supplies. The pool was great with a nice supply of floaties. We really enjoyed the screened in porch off the kitchen/living area. The neighborhood was quiet which was enjoyable when sitting outside in the evenings. Very lovely home!

Family Getaway

Great spot to spend time catching up with family. House is lovely and location is great. Backyard is wonderful! Weather was a bit cooler than we had planned but hot tub made the chilly nights very enjoyable! Only disappointment was lack of kitchen supplies-had to purchase paper towels, dish washer detergent, storage bags. Short stay so we hadn’t really planned on needing to purchase those items. Otherwise, really lovely!

Amazing house, property manager, experience

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. It’s gracious, clean, well-equipt, beautiful and perfectly located. The manager (Soto Realty) is amazing and so responsive. The whole experience was 10/10 (11/10?!) and I can’t wait to rent it again. Very grateful for the experience and ability to call it home for a few days!

Great house conveniently located

House is conveniently located, just half a block from the bay and four blocks from the beach. It was away from the beach traffic. Close to the pier and waterfront restaurant (great food). The owners did a great job decorating the house and ensuring the kitchen and rooms had what we needed. Great layout, we enjoyed our time there. The house came with paddle boards and kayak which we were able to enjoy one of the days. It comes with bikes as well for us. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. We were quite disappointed with the lack of communication from the property management company. One our second day, some guys knocked on our door at 8am as they needed to work on the pool settings/controls they were installing. No one gave us a heads up. Us coming from the west coast, we were hoping to sleep in a bit and not having to worry about random people knocking on doors and working on the property. As we were enjoying the pool (at this time the guys said they were done with working on the pool remote control or whatever they were tasked to do), a set of workers showed up on the side of the house and asked us to vacate the spa since they needed to work on it. Myself and the kids had to leave and went back inside - try to explain this to kids who thought they were going to enjoy the pool. The next day, no one communicated anything or even knocked on our door. This time, they just started to work on the side of the house pouring concrete, being loud. They showed up at 9AM, we all woke up because of the noise. I understand the owners were having some additions to the house, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. We felt rushed to get out of the pool, with no heads up, no privacy. We stayed there Monday - Friday and as of courtesy, even a text with heads up on the work scheduled to be done. Overall house was well maintained. Few things: we ran of paper towels (they only left us one, for the entire week) and dishwasher soap. We wish the house had a bit more condiments (not just salt and pepper, but we managed). No soap, shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms. Internet/modem went off and couldn't find a way to reset it, it was on thanksgiving day so we didn't expect anyone to be working this day to help us solve. Minor things, but something worth considering on future stays.

Perfect long weekend

This home was perfect for our long "girls weekend." It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is just a couple of blocks to the beach. The pictures of the home do not do it justice - it is filled with high quality furnishings and high-end appliances - rare for a rental! The screened sitting area was perfect for morning coffee, and the pool was perfect for afternoon cocktails. We would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home

My husband and our 4 children had the pleasure of staying at this home. The interior was decorated beautifully. It felt warm and interesting and that a lot of thought had gone into decorating it. It didn’t feel like a typical rental house. The layout of the bedrooms was great and there was a lot of space for everyone. We never even used the downstairs family room, which would be wonderful with a large group. We just had plenty of space on the main living floor, so never spent any time down there. The screen porch was great as well. We all especially loved the pool area. It was one of the first rental pools we’ve actually swam in every day because it was heated. We loved having the use of the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. It was fun to be on the canal, although a little tricky getting in and out. The location of the house was perfect and we could easily walk, bike or take the golf cart to Pine Street with all the restaurants and shops. Me got up early couple mornings and walked to the Bayside to watch the sunrise and then watched the sunset on the Gulf side a few times as well. Our favorite restaurants or the porch
