Tervetuloa Bamboo Bungalowiin!

Etsitkö lomaa kuin tosi paikallinen? Sitten tämä koti on sinulle! Tämä uskomattoman tilava maanpinnan koti sijaitsee Anna Maria Islandin pohjoispäässä sijaitsevalla kanavalla! Sijaitsee vain noin kahden korttelin päässä Pine Avenue -aukiolta, olet kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista ja ravintoloista. Tämä talo on hyvin hoidettu ja päivitetty koko ajan. Kun tulet etuoven läpi, sinut toivotetaan tervetulleeksi laajaan avoimeen asuintilaan. Siellä on myös ruokailutila, jossa on istumapaikkoja kaikille, jotka nauttivat saaren tyylistä keitettyä ateriaa. Keittiö on suuri ja on täysin varustettu kaikilla ruoanlaittovälineillä. Siellä on kurkistus ikkunoiden yli, jotka avautuvat sunroomiin. Tämä ylimääräinen den sopii elokuvalle, torkulle tai vain rentoutumiseen!

Avaa kaikki liukusäätimet ja kävele ulos yksityiseen ja moderniin kanaalipesäkkeeseen! Tämä upouusi allasalue on varmasti vaikuttava. Takaisin taloon löydät 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on upea king-size-vuode, oleskelualue ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta ja siinä on ihana sisustus ja koralli. Kolmas makuuhuone on myös mukava king-vuode. Jaettu kylpyhuone on amme / suihku yhdistelmä.

This home is in a prime location, close to restaurants and shops and a quick walk to the beach. The canal was such a nice feature. The house is ver clean and somewhat stocked with basic essentials (as described). We did run into a few pool heating issues, but the property manager was very on top of it and we had it repaired within hours of me calling. Over all a great stay!

Cozy little house close to everything

Great house, lots of light, comfy beds, clean upon arrival. I do wish they would leave some essentials from previous tenants like dry condiments & such, pool floats etc. The last house we stayed in was stocked with these items & it was really helpful. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Spacious bungalow. Good size kitchen. 2 living spaces. Main bedroom suite had TV that didn’t face the bed so used the 2nd king size bedroom as ours. Pool/hot tub felt very private with the bamboo screening the property, but it didn’t feel like the temp was as warm as advertised. Frustrating to not be able to keep the sliding doors open and enjoy the breeze through the screens because of the alarm system but understand the local ordinance for safety reasons.

Vacation with adult kids

The home had everything we needed to enjoy a week at AMI! It was very clean. The back living room and patio/pool area were great! My only feedback is to get rid of the beach chairs with rust. We didn’t realize it would come off on our clothes so we stained two swimsuits, a cover up and two pairs of shorts. We purchased a nice beach chair and left at the property.

Relax and unwind

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. I have animal allergies so, finding a place that is animal free can be hard. This alone was a real bonus. Other bonuses, the canal, the hot tub, privacy, close to Pine Ave and the beach. It was just two of us but, would totally come back with the kids and grandkids. Communication was good - although we had no issues or need to contact the management. The AMI locals videos for remote controls was very helpful too! Thanks for a wonderful visit to help us relax and unwind!

Great location (right around the corner from Pine Ave) and being on the canal was a bonus! Saw a couple manatees swimming through and caught a few fish from the dock. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect bungalow for family and friends

Great space for family and friends. Loved the two family rooms, pool area, and oasis on the canal. Plenty of room to spread out and chill. Loved the location to shops, restaurants, and beach.

Great location with a short walk to the beach. The pool/hot tub were amazing. Communication with the property management was easy and they were so responsive even on the weekend. We would stay here every time.

AMI Bamboo Bungalow Family Vacation

We recently stayed at the Bamboo Bungalow and really loved our family vacation to AMI and our VRBO property was excellent. The house was very clean, comfortable, and a great location! We were in quiet neighborhood just around the block from Pine Ave for AMI restaurants / shopping and an short 5 min walk to the AMI Pier or AMI beach to enjoy the beach or gorgeous gulf sunsets. Plus it’s on the canal and I used my 19 ft CC fishing boat during the two week stay ! The pool was perfect and our family enjoyed relaxing after the beach at the pool together, before going out for sunset / dinner ! We had a wonderful trip and plan to come back !

Really nice and great location!

We recently stayed at the Bamboo Bungalow and loved our trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and decorated well. And a great location! We were just around the block from Pine for shopping and an easy walk or ride to all beaches. Plus it’s on the canal and we saw manatees! Only complaint is the pool was too warm and would have preferred a little cooler. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Perfect property and location

Our family including two young kids (4 and 1) stayed here for a week and had the most incredible vacation. The house is so clean and well maintained. We loved sitting on the dock watching the water and even made friends with a night heron. The pool was amazing and great for little kids. It was almost too warm when the days were close to 90. We loved that the sliding doors had child alarms on them but wish the two other sliding doors could have the screens secured closed or something so we could sit on the porch room and open up to the outside. The kitchen was well stocked. Just be prepared to buy your own garbage bags and soap, paper towels, etc. The beds were soooo comfy and sheets soft. AC worked great and we loved the living rooms. I wish the rental posting had told us what came with the house. There is a great beach cruiser there that was better than the rentals we had pre ordered. Also a beach wagon, noodles, floats etc. The coolers we didn’t use because they were pretty dirty inside and the beach umbrella didn’t work either. Totally fine as they were a bonus and not expected. We also loved the use of the outdoor fridge for beers and waters. The location cannot be beat. A block from the main drag with great local restaurants. Beach in either direction. For young kids we enjoyed bayside and the Bean Point bayside. Make a point to go to Sandbar restaurant, Mar Vista, Donut Experiment, Tide Tables and both the Mexican and pizza place. All so good. What a great property and managing agency. Thank you we will be back.

Great house closer to everything

We had a group of 5 adults for our stay. The house had plenty of room. We especially loved the 2 living areas. We spent most of our time outside in the pool and hot tub. The house is well stocked. We especially loved the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella. The extra frig in the garage was nice too. You really don’t need a car once you get here. We rented a golf cart for the week and used that. We would definitely stay here again

Pleasantly surprised with the pool and hot tub. Wonderful temperature. Nice outside area in the back. Saw a manatee going down the channel one morning. Beds were very comfortable. Only recommendation for owner is getting garage door openers available for use. Thank you for the wonderful house!

Buyer Beware

We were never sent the code to enter the residence, so sat on the phone waiting to get in. A maid unlocked the door and opened it the first evening, unaware we were in the residence. This home is equipped with two tiny bars of soap that break for the entire house. Our dish soap was forgotten and that took two calls and 24 hours to receive. No garbage bags. Nice washer dryer with NO detergent. Silverfish and millipede seen in the residence. Here’s the kicker. FOUR calls about politely remedying the issues. NO response. Such a shame because the house is quant and the pool is nice. Certainly would not stay again though. 😕
