PLEASE NOTE: This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the space for this property. This property is registered as a vacation rental within the City of Sarasota with the Registration Number VR24-000019. Due to the City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property can only be rented once during a seven (7) day period for a minimum of seven (7) full days and seven (7) full nights. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
