”Overall stay was mixed. The place had nice appliances and a comfortable mattress, but several issues need attention:- Photos are misleading — layout, furniture, and bed size shown do not match the advertisment.- Towels were not provided as advertised.- Listing implies an in‑unit washer/dryer, but they were not in the unit.- Cosmetic damage: holes in bedroom drapes and bathroom wall, and a broken living‑room table.- No convenient spot to keep open luggage while packing/unpacking. - Would...

”The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. Not all of the flooring was complete, and the unit certainly wasn't overly clean as we found left over hair in the shower, the bath towels weren't folded nicely, and there were some big dust bunnies laying around. For the...

”Great unit - very clean, and had everything we need and more! Good distance to DC, and very close to quality restaurants. The kids really appreciated the snacks after a long travel day. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. We hope to stay again.”

”This home was exactly what my family needed while working through some emergency repairs in our own home. It felt cozy and homey and gave us such a comfortable feeling. It definitely helped to ease some of our anxiety and make things more comfortable for our daughters. The host was so responsive and understanding. So glad we were able to stay there ”

”For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. The room was clean and a good size. The room is handicap accessible, but my 6'3" husband didn't have a problem with the shorter items in the room. We loved having the continental breakfast and access...
