”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. ”I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”
