”The resort is located in a quiet part of the island and rooms are very nice. The rooms have kitchenettes which is great if you don't want to cook. Notably restaurant options are thin.It is an advantage to rent a car because there is no public transportation to the resort. My only complaints are that the resort is spread out and involves a lot of walking. Second, you need to remember to rent beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas in advance. In my opinion, resort guests should be guaranteed spots. ...

When we arrived we were told the room was not available and were not able to check in until 6pm, at which point we were told the room we had booked was not available. We were told we would have to move to a smaller room for one night until our original room became available. After asking to speak to a manager, they 'kindly' offered to refund the difference, nothing else for the late check in, the incovenience of moving, or the fact we were in a room we did...
