”We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad, huis is perfect voor een grote familie. Keuken is zeer volledig uitgerust, echt alles is er. Overal leuke hoekjes om te zitten. De tafeltennistafel was ook super. We hadden een vroege vlucht maar konden eerder het huis in en ook later vertrekken ivm onze avond vlucht. Super goede en snelle communicatie met eigenaar. Incheck en uitcheck met Meme was ook prima. Kortom een geweldige lokatie om te verblijven!!”

”Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in den Bergen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer. Das letzte Stück der Zufahrtstraße besteht aus unbefestigtem Feldweg, der eine vorsichtige Fahrweise erfordert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht und es uns an kühleren Abenden vor dem Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer gemütlich gemacht.”

”The villa was suitable for us, as a party of 11, the villa could do with some updating and a tidy up on the outside of the villa, surrounding the pool area, however as a family we had a great time. The reviews that I had previously read about the villa before we got there stated that a car was needed due to the location of the villa - this is true, we ended up having to get 3 taxi's every time we left the villa as there is nothing in walking distance, not even a local shop for essentials....

”Villa is in a great location if you want to experience rural Spanish life in a mountain setting. However that comes with a couple of kilometre drive along a hilly country road which is in part unmade. If hiring a car, something to consider. At times power and water are off line but nothing too drastic. Property could have been cleaner for our arrival and requires new pool chairs. Comares (the most beautiful village in Andalucia) was a short drive or a long pleasant walk away and had a large selection of very good bars and restaurants, plus some friendly local shops. ”Chris and Karen met us at the villa and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a few issues with the electricity but once shown how to reset this all was good. The beds were extremely comfortable and the outside area was a delight with the pool set at a very comfortable heat. You will need a car as there are not any shops within walking distance. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially as we arrived on a day when all the shops were shut for a festival!”

Not sure who’s responsibility it was to send entry code however it was resolved some time later. ”La Villa mérite une note parfaite. Tout est en place pour favoriser un séjour magnifique. L’emplacement a lui seul vaut le coup : au pied du El Torcal et une vue jusqu’à la mer. L’aménagement extérieur a été pensé avec soin : piscine, bbq, terrasse, jardin. Et l’aspect absolument privé du lieu est impeccable. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire et est conforme à l’annonce. C’est notre 3e location à Villanueva de la Concepćion et celle-ci surpasse les deux autres. Excellente communication...

”Kaikki meni niinkuin pitikin. Meillä oli yhden makuuhuoneen asunto terassilla. Asunto oli viihtyisä ja terassikin riittävän iso mistä löytyi paikka myös varjosta. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja sijainti hyvä. Talossa oli oma autotalli, mikä oli myös todella käytännöllinen kun vuokrasi auton. Suosittelen 👍”
