”Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.”

”Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though.”

”Had kids next door banging on my room door all night long playing. We caught them doin it and went reported it and all staff did was call and ask and they say it was the people next door which was an elderly couple. They did it all night long until the parents in the next rm came out and I gave them a piece of my mind and warned them if it was done again that the ending results wasn’t gone be nice. We had to leave for a while to let things settle down and them kids go to bed because they were...

”Honestly felt like they put more work into there garden than the rooms, the walls were filthy, the room was hot even with ac and the beds where like sleeping on concrete.Not worth the $80, save yourself and just book the more expensive hotels near by. Also the breakfast isn’t breakfast it’s nasty ass coffee and that’s it. The only plus was that the staff was nice but again it’s not worth it”

”It was clean and all well but did have an awful odor after rainstorm in 213. AC took care of it … It’s very nice place not fancy but efficient and very clean . Ladies at desk were very nice and friendly. Close to Oaklawn across street. Breakfast was nice too. We stay there a lot every time in Hot Springs.”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”We came for the national park and found the hotel to be just far enough away from downtown to not have to hear the roar of the cars and motorcycles. Quiet/Clean and a good breakfast 10/10”
