”For 340 a night in Hot Springs Arkansas (not a large city) I expected at least a continental breakfast to be available. Staff and hotel were excellent otherwise. ”

”Free parking, although it was a tight parking lot. Gym was nice. Breakfast was good but there was not enough seating for guests during breakfast hours. 2 bedroom suite was FANTASTIC for a large family (8)! Great stay overall”

”Great hotel to spend a couple of days, there are several activities you can do in the lake , I stayed for 1 night , I could have easily pushed for 2-3 nights”

”The property worked for us bc we were trying to stay the night for a reasonable price. I thought the area the motel was located in was nice and scenic. It was an easy drive to Oaklawn and shopping /dining areas. Pros: price, location Cons: Room was dated and needing a full scrub down (walls etc). The rubber baseboards were falling down in multiple locations. The outlets located next to the bed weren’t working. There was one small bar of soap for washing hands but no shampoo/conditioner....

”Staff was wonderful! Room still had a tub/shower combination and the tub had a stain in it that wasn't great to look at and toilet seat wasn't attached well, but overall it was a decent stay.”

”The guest room was very clean as was the laundry. Breakfast service was great. The front entrance of the hotel was cluttered with packages of lawn furniture. ”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”For an establishment that calls itself a resort it was horrible. We showed up earlier than check in time to verify the reservation and when we showed up to check in we had to wait 20 minutes. They should have had our room ready. Additionally there were zero amenities in the room. Nothing in the bathroom for showering, and not even an ice bucket. No refrigerator, no microwave, and the hallway on the 3rd floor leaked as it rained. I would advise people to avoid this place and book elsewhere....
