”Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...

”The bathroom was filthy as was the furniture. There was no wifi. The room smelled like mold. I actually left without a refund.”

”This stay was my second visit to this property. I will be back next time I need to stay in the area. Check in took a bit of time as there was a line in front of me but once I made it to the counter the staff was great, and they had my reservation on hand and provided me with a key in a few minutes. Room and bathroom was clean and TV, AC, and all other items worked as intended. The shower had HOT water and great pressure so that's a plus. I did not eat breakfast but it looked like typical hotel...

”The front desk staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the event and back. The rooms were clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again and refer it to friends.”

”Booked ground floor because of dog,and for wife has difficulty with stairs, I was told after checking in they could not give me a ground floor only 2nd floor .”
