Majatalot – Antigonish

”Staff was lovely. It’s an old place so not much they can do. Room was clean but carpet was damp and can’t do much about the age of the property.”

”We are very happy with our stay. The room was great, and very clean. Thank you!”

”Clean, spacious, lots of parking, great location. Host was amazing!”

”Was an excellent stay. Beautiful place and great location. While definitely stay with this host again next time I return to Nova Scotia.”

”Quiet, peace-filled natural place to stay. The dome was well-maintained and very clean. We loved all the little extras like the grounding matt, the essential oil diffuser, and fireplace. The hot tub was the perfect temperature!”

”This tiny house was a novelty but I don't think it was worth it for the price. The host was very nice but I'm glad we only stayed here one night because the wind was so strong it sounded like the house was going to be blown to bits in the middle of the night. My husband couldn't stand up in the shower and the water turned freezing cold very fast. The bed was also hard and we could feel the springs in the mattress. Again it was fun for a night, but it was our least restful night of the whole week...

”The cottage was cute and had a nice waterfront view. Beds were comfortable.”

”The area was so nice and quiet.the host was so friendly and sincere, I’ve been to domes before and I found this one to be the cleanest of all with everything you need right there , we felt that if we did need something extra that our wishes would be fulfilled overall a great place and a great stay ”

”Brent was great to work with. He was prompt in answering any questions we had. The retreat was a very nice start to our Canadian roadtrip. Very peaceful and serene. We were attending the Antigonish Highland Games. The drive to and from the retreat was gorgeous. Coffee on the porch - ah!!!”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. The host Brent was great and responded in a timely manner to all my queries. Definitely would recommend it to others.”

”Our hosts (including their two dogs Milo and Enzo) were friendly and welcoming throughout our entire two week stay. They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do, which we found very helpful. Their advice on availability of fresh seafood, and tremendous help in obtaining and preparing fresh lobster, made a real difference to our trip. The highlight for us was the location, which was right at the shore, allowing us to enjoy uninterrupted ocean views, and listen to the waves. Beautiful,...

”Excellent accommodations... enjoyed our stay... relaxed in the hot tub... very clean and neat... felt like home. Highly recommended!”
