”The view was stunning ! The staff were so friendly. The food was pretty good. The room was not clean at all. I used an entire pack of baby wipes to clean the floor. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and there appeared to be dirty / unfolded bedding on the entry shelf.”

”The location for one can't be beat. Right on the river with eagles and herons flying in for their breakfast fishing. The restaurant offers German cuisine and the food is excellent. We had room nr 7 upstairs, King bed, which was very spacious, quaint, well appointed and had a great view. Loved our stay there.”

”Needs an upgrade. We rented 2 rooms fo the weekend. Both were comfortable - no complaints. One room - the lamp didn’t work properly - had to plug in/out of wall to turn it on/off. Carpeting in main areas on stairs was filthy and very stained. Just didn’t give a great impression on overall cleanliness. Rooms were clean. We weren’t able to make breakfast the first day - due to our own plans. The 2nd day there was a power outage overnight - where power was restored at 7:15. However they...

”The view from the property of the bay was beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious.”

”We had a lovely stay. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the food. We had both dinner and breakfast and the food was really excellent. We had haddock with lobster sauce and coconut curry salmon for dinner. The fish was cooked to perfection. I also had a delicious mushroom, carmelized onions and Brie omelette for breakfast. To top it off the weather was perfect so we enjoyed both meals out on the covered veranda overlooking lobster bay.”

”Very clean comfortable room, prepared with care and furnished with extras for the guests. The Inn and its grounds down to the water itself is beautiful. Our host/chef was very friendly and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. Ample parking. Would definitely consider a return trip.”
