”We arrived at 11:15 pm. Completed all check in procedures including 300$ security deposit. Everything seemed to be in order but room would not unlock. Tried their online suggestions but there is no ine to talk to. After 40 minutes had to find another hotel which cost 500$ for the night (last minute and I tried several. Went back to Cameo in morning and unlocking went as it should have the night before. We stayed the 2nd night without incident but they will not refund the 1st night without a 50%...

”Beautiful cottage, nice clean rooms. Barbeque work like a dream. Kitchen could’ve been a little bit more well appointed with a carrot peeler a few other little miscellaneous things that could be picked up at Dollarama.”

”A full, one-bedroom apartment with a little deck. It was well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. We stayed just two nights but it would be a great choice for longer stays. It is just over the MacDonald bridge and a convenient and good-value alternative to staying in downtown Halifax. Parking was included.
It is located in a nice residential area and one block away is a good view of the Halifax skyline.
I would definitely stay again.”

”Everything was clean and the check in and out was easy.
I was disappointed that we didn't know where the private beach was. I thought we were on the beach side but looks like we might have been across the road. We were only there for a short night as we checked in after 7PM and left at 7.30AM due to our schedule, but we were hoping to do a beach walk.
Other than that, we had no issues”

”Nice location but room was located up a hill and had to carry our own heavy suitcases to the third floor. No elevator and no help. Room was average. Unbelievable part was no breakfast of any kind on the property, while the dining room on the waterfront sits empty and doesn’t open until 11am for lunch. Instead we were directed to Liverpool 20km away. So we chose to go to White Point Resort for full breakfast less than 8 km away (a competitor they neglected to mention). We will stay at White...
