Inside, it has a mix of a bohemian and contemporary feel, making the entire place feel warm and homely. In the living space, the wicker furniture and décor complement this cosy space. Alongside is the wonderful kitchen, featuring a white and pine finish and a sociable bistro table. Spanning just one floor, the four bedrooms include one double bedroom, two twin rooms and a single.
Showcasing square architecture, tan-coloured walls, and large floor-to-ceiling windows, Villa Zoad is a sun-kissed modern beauty. As soon as you enter, you’re instantly drawn to the spacious outdoor terrace. The pool is simply dazzling. At over seven metres long, there’s enough space for everyone to make a splash. You’ll even find a day bed and plenty of poolside sun loungers, ideal for that moment of zen in the sunshine. Under the veranda is a comfy outdoor sofa set and a small breakfast table; a cosy spot for drinks whilst soaking up the volcanic air. You'll also find the alfresco dining area, with a traditional summer brick barbecue set up and a wide dining table for the whole family to tuck into meals in the sizzling heat. As an added bonus, this villa also comes with complimentary pool heating during the winter months, November to April.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 75cm wide. The path around the villa is 120cm wide. The terrace is flat with a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. This is a ground-floor property. The doors into the bedrooms, kitchen, and lounge are 70cm wide.
