”Check in was quick and easy , room spacious well equipped and clean , after hours access was straightforward and parking ample All staff were cheerful , helpful and attentive.The breakfast was one of the most pleasant I have had in a long time - quality ingredients , well presented and served while piping hot Well done Cley Hall”

”Got to the property late (as pre arranged) and managed to locate the reception person after finding the emergency number. Room was clean but a little tired looking apart from a new thick carpet. Facilities generally good but no plug sockets next to the bedside tables. I am a CPAP user so had to have the power lead running from the desk area on one side of the room to the bedside table on the other side creating a trip hazard across the floor.”

”Lovely clean room but no breakfast facilities. I'm not sure if this is temporary or permanent. Staff were polite and helpful, parking was plentiful and safe.”

”Only stayed one night so didn’t use all the spa facilities which looked nice. Our room was a very long walk from the reception, this was difficult to manage with my son who is autistic and has disabilities. If I stayed again I would specify that we needed to be nearer reception. Room was ok, but small fridge in room was very noisy and had to turn it off (it was unplugged when we entered room) and the air con unit in the corner of room also made a lot of noise as the evening went on and my son...

”This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.”

”Different experience traveling from the US- shared bathroom, check-in at the bar in the adjacent restaurant, modestly lit path along the side of the building to the hallway door that led to the rooms.”
