The shower was a bit tricky as to how to make the hot water turn on. The property manager should replace the shower knob. ”This property is adjacent to a green belt park that runs for miles in either direction. They have playgrounds, frisbee golf, basketball courts, and a walking/biking/roller blade paved path. The stay also offers free golf at a local course and they have clubs free for use. The room itself is as advertised; it’s small but very adequate. The outdoor spaces are quite nice with shade and nice, comfortable outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again!”

”We enjoyed our stay. I had my dates one day off so we showed up one day early! Whoops. NO problems said the manager. Kathleen. Great gal and helpful. We thought an update was/is in order for the property - extremely short toilets. I never have seen them quite so low and a relatively easy upgrade - not to mention the water savings that would be gained with new toilets. Close to restaurants and fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. It's a yes from us.”

”Room was not as advertised. They are much more dated. Towels were stained up. And check out instructions to specifically not strip the bed was odd. They did have good amenities outside though. Nice propane fireplace. Out doors games. And they let you check out putters and tennis rackets.”

”This Vrbo is an old converted hotel and felt as such. You get your own space, but the walls are kind of thin and the amenities are similar to a hotel but without the breakfast. The location was great as it is close to the highway. There was often the smell of sewage in the entry way; the room always smelled fine. And then receiving no response back to a message & the phone number provided for the host went unanswered as well. You can hear everything outside.
