Both these villas feature airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with an aesthetic that gives you a sense of feeling at home. Natural materials, soft tones, and particular architecture, great attention to detail create a warm and stylish atmosphere. Entering both villas, you will find spacious open living rooms with TVs and an energy fireplace. A spacious kitchen with modern appliances exists in both of the villas where the preparation of the meals will be an amazing process. The ground floor in both villas is completed with a communal WC in one villa and a laundry room in the other villa. At least, every villa offers a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one with king king-size bed and one with a queen. On the upper floor of each villa, two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms make the stay comfortable. Two of the bedrooms, one in each villa offer twin-size beds and the two other bedrooms offer king-size. Adeste Seaview villa lll offers a more floor with a kitchenette and a bedroom with a unique king-size canopy bed with an amazing private balcony with a hot tub. These villas are about the ultimate holiday sensation, a carefree feeling where our well-trained and professional staff will take care of all your needs and be there for you at any moment.
Outdoor facilities
Dive into the turquoise crystalline waters while at the same time, you gaze at the outstanding view from above. The large swimming pools with the kids session are the perfect stop to relax and enjoy your vacation on our island and spend the day with your loved ones. Enjoy the sun and or sit and relax in the lounge area and after that, you can have your breakfast-lunch or dinner in the sitting area. Dinner under the starlight sky, what else can you ask for? Moreover, pretty close to the pool, you will find a gas BBQ space which can only mean, food-cocktails-party and friends! The jacuzzi at the top of Adeste Seaview villa lll will absolutely impress you and make you want to stay forever underneath the Cretan sun. Do not forget the parking space for your cars.

Cleaning Service
For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. We would like to inform you that we offer a daily maid service except at the weekends. If you to have a daily change of linens and towels, we could provide it (upon request) at an extra cost.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Adeste Seaview villa ll can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request for an additional cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 ?C depending on weather conditions. We request 7 days advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30EUR per night from April to October and 8EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
