”The 2 rooms I reserved did not smell clean, we stayed 2 nights the beds weren't done, towels were changed, breakfast was minimal and you was not allowed to get ice from the ice maker to put in your cooler. And the main reason I reserved in this hotel was for the pool the was dirty. No staff other than the one at the counter, other guests complained about not having hot water in there rooms. My room bathroom looks like was falling apart and the refrigerator in the room was not working. The people...

”We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left ”

”Angie the owner was very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. And we got off to a great start each morning with a home cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Hershey/Palmyra area.”

”Parking was easy, but did not feel safe. The facility looked nothing remotely close to what was shown by the online photos. We were supposed to have two beds, and only had one. The place was clean, but older, run down, and much more like a “motel” feel, not something I wanted my children at. I was extremely unsatisfied because it felt like we overpaid by at least $150. If the price was half of what we were charged it would have made sense. The promoted room was over marketed and under delivered....

”A great deal of thought, care and concern has gone into how comfortable this bed and breakfast is. It is on a farm with horses, goats and other animals that are visible from the house but not very close. The room was very comfortable and the homemade breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed sitting in rocking chairs and a swing that are on the front porch, both in the mornings and evenings.”
