”I booked this hotel for a two-night stay but checked out around 5 AM the first night because the room conditions were unacceptable.
The room was not just unclean—it was clearly not serviced at all. The sheets were stained and not properly fitted. The floors were visibly dirty with debris throughout, and none of the surfaces appeared to be wiped down.
The towels had black debris and looked like worn rags. Only one bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo were provided.
