”Real cabin feel, well appointed. Perfect location in town, walking distance to everything. Definitely worth renting!!!”

”We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed the condo. The beds were so comfortable!The only suggestion i would give would be offer a few more hot pads and kitchen towels. We saw several black bears and enjoyed watching them. We even saw a momma bear and 3 cubs. ”

”Loved the location of the condo. We were able to walk to places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again. I have only one complaint but there is anything you could do about it. We were unable to enjoy our balcony in the evening when the sun went down. The guests in the condo below us were out on their balcony smoking every evening. We are non- smokers and cant stand the smell of it. We just stayed inside our room.”

”The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us. ”

”Charles was great to communicate with before and during the stay. Our battery in the door lock went dead but it was quickly remedied All three bedroom and bathrooms were as described. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We cooked breakfast and one meal. Walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely return. ”

The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower and plentiful counter space. The lazy river was a delight. The fitness facility was great. Convenient location to everything. We could tell the host put a lot of thought and care into this place. We highly recommend! ”
