”Our experience at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort started off on a very disappointing note. The check-in process was absolutely horrible! We waited over two hours just to check in, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with family and children. To make matters worse, instead of focusing on getting us checked in, the staff tried to push a timeshare presentation on us. After a long trip, the last thing we wanted was additional sales pressure. ”We really appreciate how clean was the place. My husband has multiple allergies and I was concerned about dust, or mold. He actually was very good, and did not sneeze once. The cabin has most of supplies ready to use from kitchen supplies, towels, bathrooms supplies. I really like the coffee and teabags supplied. Definitely we will be back.”
