”Very cute cottage that sits on a farm. You can watch the goats and sheep while sipping coffee on the front porch. The cottage is modern with a nice bed, big modern bathroom, and a mini kitchenette with table, keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. The room is not very big though so it would be best for solo travelers or couples. The place is an easy 8 minute drive from Staunton shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay again for the ambiance, nature, and charm.”

”This is a very charming property and walkable to lots of cute shopping and the River Walk. We had a little hiccup at check in and it was taken care of so promptly!”

”We had a very nice stay! The house was clean, felt very spacious for a tiny house, and we enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the morning. Would love to visit again.”

”The pictures do not do this place justice! It is a gorgeous and very clean home. Better than expected. The host thought of every detail and provides everything you need and some extra surprises as well! Bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the closeness of trains that traveled through at all hours blowing the whistle. Woke me up several times throughout the night. Also I think the locals use the road as a shortcut or something as traffic was more than expected in a neighborhood.”

”There is NO SMOKE ALARM a CODE VIOLATION, no filter for the furnace, active mold and mildew in the shower and the main room curtains don’t work. It’s very dated and there would have been more pictures of the place we wouldn’t have stayed there. It’s DEFINITELY NOT what we expected from a VRBO listing. Only positive were washing machine and dryer, king size bed and TV. ”

”Everything you need for a nice quiet get a way. Enjoyed the deck along the Ohio river. We saw barges, tug boats, ducks and geese. The bed was VERY comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Make sure you stop at the Yorkville bakery for some sweet treats. ”
