”The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap. The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. ”

”The apartment was truly amazing, from the minute you enter the main door, there is a wonderful fragrance. Upon entering the apartment, the deco was ver tasteful and the technology with electric blinds and a mirrored tv were amazing. Its very specious and very clean.The best place I've stayed in.The location is walking distance to everything in Kirkby Lonsdale. The owner went above and beyond, checking we were happy with everything. ”

”We had a pleasant stay at the hotel,the room was a decent size,clean and well furnished,the free buffet breakfast which is mainly continental did include bacon and sausages and was plentiful The staff were excellent.There are plenty of parking places,and the hotel is dog friendly The choice of beers was really good ,and food appetising although not many choices on the menu Clapham is a lovely village,and is a good base to visit many scenic areas of the Dales We will be making a return visit to...
