”Such a lovely stay! The floors were clean, the room was nice, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was a delight! On top of all of that, the staff was beyond delightful. Nancy helped me and my boys with breakfast and she was so sweet! We will certainly stay here again!”

”Overall great experience - with that said their computer system wasnt working right. I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. ”This was the neatest place I've stayed at. The building is gorgeous and they've kept the historic aspects of it very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Staff was all very friendly. There's a nice pub with live music right next door. Lots to do and see in this town. I was very pleased we picked this spot as a halfway point to our destination”

”We would stay here again out of necessity, but it is definitely on my list of last resorts. The room was clean; however the building shows signs of disrepair. There's limescale build up on the showerheads, stains in the carpet, loose tiles outside the 3rd floor elevator, and the pool's maintenance was questionable. Breakfast left much to be desired with. There was a limited selection of items. The milk and waffles tasted sour. Housekeeping was atrocious. We had to ask the front desk for...

”We were checked into a room with roaches, while the staff was actively spraying the room down for them. Then when told, the property manager moved us to a room on the other side of the holding sharing an adjacent wall to the room with roaches, we had to then go to the front desk and tell them again and when given a third room we entered and saw roaches in that room before we even moved our stuff out of the second room. We told the front desk and was then asked to move to a fourth room which...

”It smelled of cigarettes in the hallway and vestibule. The sink in our room did not drain well. The continental breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was out of order. To eat was only cereal and toast. The breakfast room did not look very nice.”

”The room was spacious and quiet. It appeared to be recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Friendly, helpful staff. And the breakfasts were very good with eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries, yogurt, oatmeal, juice snd coffee. I highly recommemd this hotel.”
