”Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly...

”The rooms were clean and ready on time. The breakfast was good and never ran out of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”The elevator was not working during my entire stay. When I inquired when it would be fixed the staff had no clue. Hotel is very clean however the carpet on the stairs was fraid. Staff was very pleasant n helpful”

”It is an older motel, but the staff was great and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast had a variety of options. I would definitely stày with them when in the areà. Also a shout out for DJ Dinner next door.”

”let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....

”This hotel needs remodeled!! It's in such poor shape! The breakfast food was horrible. It use to be so good! I will say say Jackie, Ashley and Jessica was wonderful!! Great staff! The 2nd shift lady (Sherry) was so rude! She definitely dont need to be in this line of work!”

”Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned.”

”Hotel appearance filthy. Felt very unsafe there. Literally laid towels on room floor instead of being barefoot on carpet. Smelled pot in hallway as I was walking to room. Outer doors were propped open with rocks. Holes in hallway walls. Outside stairs were overgrown with tree branches hanging over and unsafe. Steps to outside entrance needed swept. All in all I would never recommend staying at this hotel.”

”Stayed for a week, loved the room. No complaints, would stay again if I’m ever in the area! 10/10 recommend.”
