”My companions and I were on a five day trip. This was the best hotel we stayed at. Everything was new, modern, and nice. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of great choices. I would have been a little hesitant to walk the neighborhood alone, but there were a lot of restaurants within a short drive. Very nice. ”Check in staff were friendly and efficient, also observed her being extra helpful and kind to another guest. Every aspect of the room was clean, was nice to find both a microwave and fridge, and the fan/heater was easy to use and worked well. ”The hotel was great value, the best in the general area when I was searching. The room was very clean, and no problems with bugs, or any other general housekeeping issues. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk twice to ask about late arrivals (no one picked up), and the mattresses could be upgraded, mine were very firm. Otherwise it was an excellent stay for the price!”

”The hotel is not the easiest to find as it is tucked in behind a strip mall and a Lowe's as it does not front on any street. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. On the negative side it need some TLC. The carpet in my room had numerous large dirty spots - I was afraid to walk on it barefooted. There were other imperfections like a bathroom door that looked like someone had kicked it in at one point. I expected more from this chain.”
