The positive was, it was a nice get away. The staff were super friendly, there was a little library next to the lobby that had a fireplace and we enjoyed reading, and playing a game near the fire. They had a coffee stand near the lobby to buy coffee and the coffee was really good.
The room could use new bedding, one extra pillow, new tiles in the shower(mold), and the word resort could be removed. Als there was a fridge in the room but no microwave. It would be nice to have some type of breakfast included and free coffee in the lobby. The hot tub inside was broke, one heater was out and there were no bubbles, we were told we could use the one outdoor but would need to swim to it from inside because the deck was closed due to ice. The pool was too cold to swim to the hot tub.
The sauna was nice but the steam room did not work.
Other than that we were glad to have a night away with our family.
