Apple Valley Hotellit

”The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

”I called three times to confirm early check-in and got the virtual assistant and when transferred it said service provider is no longer available. We were never told there was a $40 charge for early check-in. Staff didn’t tell us where our room was or where there was an elevator. The beds were horrible!”

”Pool & hot tub were nice. But no cookies until last day and still wasnt offered any until I asked for some. The room needed to be vacuumed. Its needs noise reduction all I could hear was the humming of the freeway and cars all night long. Breakfast was good but had to pay for that. Pull out couch was terrible to sleep on. Id say like 7/10.”

”The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

”Great room, great hotel. We ended up forgetting our cell phone charging cube and cord. The hotel has a very difficult policy for getting your property back. It is not likely we will be able to get it back. :(”
