Important: there are about 7 flights of stairs to walk to get to the door of the apartment. (no elevator no ramps with a flat climb). Casa Lara is a 60 square meter apartment located on the first floor of a residential building in Aprica. The elevated position guarantees a bright and airy environment, perfect for those looking for a comfortable stay in the Lombardy mountains. The spaces have been designed to accommodate up to three guests , offering an ideal balance between privacy and conviviality.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom , the heart of the sleeping area, which ensures proper rest after days spent in the mountains. The living area has a unique environment where the living room and kitchen are harmoniously integrated, creating a welcoming and functional space. The double sofa bed in the living room allows you to comfortably accommodate the third guest, while maintaining the versatility of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals independently, while the bathroom completes the apartment's equipment with all the necessary amenities.
The technological equipment includes a television for moments of relaxation after mountain excursions. The washing machine allows you to manage the laundry in complete autonomy, particularly useful for extended stays or after sports activities. The heating ensures an environment that is always comfortable all year round, essential for the Alpine climate. The equipped kitchen includes an oven , refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine , allowing you to prepare everything from energetic breakfasts to full meals. The balcony represents a significant added value, offering a private outdoor space where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the panoramic view . The double view of the mountain and garden offers suggestive views both to the surrounding peaks and to the green areas below.
Aprica is a renowned ski and tourist resort in Valtellina , located in a strategic position that allows easy access to ski slopes and hiking trails. The town offers all the essential services for a complete stay, from grocery stores to typical restaurants where you can enjoy the flavors of the Valtellina tradition. The location of the apartment allows you to quickly reach both the town center and the ski lifts , making every move comfortable and fast. During the summer season, the area is transformed into a paradise for lovers of trekking and outdoor activities , while in winter it offers excellent opportunities for skiing and winter sports . We recommend that when booking, bed linen and towels must be requested and the payment of the same equal to 25 euros per person thank you very much.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the quiet and rest of your neighbors, especially in the time slot from 22:00 to 08:00 . No parties or events are allowed.
Access to the accommodation is allowed only to duly registered guests.
It is required to carefully use furniture, appliances and all the equipment in the house.
Before leaving the apartment, be sure to turn off lights, cookers and appliances and close doors and windows properly.
Separate collection is mandatory . Waste must be returned in the appropriate containers and must not be left inside the accommodation at the end of the stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture or furniture without prior authorization.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
Check-out must be done within the agreed time .

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
