”The dishes in the house were dirty, first thing we had to do was wash the dishes by hand because we couldn’t wait an hour for the dishwasher to run. We booked 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. We were given 4 towels and 2 washcloths. We attempted to get more by calling the number we were given on the app but we were given the response of “this isn’t like a hotel” and told we would not be getting more towels.
