Booked this room for the pool and hot tub among other things. When we arrived the pool was closed and so was the hot tub. The hall carpets were stained and kids were running up and down the hallway till 9 or 10

They stuck us in a wheelchair room. Bathroom was dark and dingy, they actually hung towels on the handrails that surrounded the toilet!!! Yuck!!! Towels were rough and dingy! Carpet felt horrible, it was crusty! When I mentioned to staff, they said they clean them twice a year! Ew!!! No sink in bathroom, ...

Everything is older but was clean, friendly employees. The jetted tub in the room didnât work and the walls are paper thin. Overall just ok.
