”The warm welcome set the tone for my stay. Jeff, at the front desk, suggested a very good restaurant since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The hotel layout and decor was colorful and inviting. The room was great, with whimsical touches with functional decor and bright colors. The house staff was professional and friendly too. When traveling in the future, I’ll be sure to look for a Tru hotel.”

”I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It was an affordable option, but unfortunately housekeeping did not seem to keep up with the property. The cleaning appeared very basic, and the building is clearly showing signs of wear and tear over time.
We stayed for a week and barely saw any other guests during our stay. I was disappointed to notice dirt and dust building up around the headboards, chairs, and bench seating in our room. There were also small spots of mold visible on the ceiling,...

”We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. ”No carpet, only cheap vinyl plank flooring, the bed was shot. You could see the sunken springs from where countless others have slept over the years as you walked in the room. The couch had no padding and the desk chair pleather cover was torn and coming apart. The bathroom only had one light and was behind the mirror. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall it was one of the worst motel rooms I’ve ever been in.”
