”Wanted an additional $50 to check in to our room at 1:30 so we chose to have lunch then come back. At 3:00 no rooms were available so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to check in. If the policy is a $50 charge to check in early it should be a &50 credit to have to check in late.”

”Location was good - restaurants/coffee/shops all within walking distance. The room was NOT cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock (missing knob on the inside), and the drain to the tub was clogged so a shower turned into a bath within 30 seconds. Room service didn't appear until our 3rd day and most likely only because we asked. We also had to specifically ask them to take the trash and request additional toilet paper and towels.”
