”Our room was in need of a major renovation. There were holes in the wall where pictures had been moved, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and gross, there was a stain on the carpet by the bed, a nasty stain on the mattress where the bottom flat sheet came off. Walls were paper thin and we heard folks walking around in the room above us.
When we arrived, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot behind the building. Not a great part of town.
Front desk folks were cordial...

”Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, nice evening reception (free drink and some very simple finger food). The breakfast choices were great- definitely go with an omelet as the scrambled eggs were cold.
Only surprise was having to pay for parking per night!”

Clean room
Negative ;
1. No drinkable water in the room or even when you arrive. I would expect one bottle of water to be charged to room
