”Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior.”

”The property was just as they described and the pictures were right on. Very quiet, there was a designated parking spot which was great. We would definitely stay there again. ”

”I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

”The room was clean and as pictured. I did not use the hot tub or pool, or gym for my weekend/stay but they were available. The room I had was the smallest of the rooms but it was great. I love that it was a great location that centered a few of the places we wanted to visit. The staff responded very quickly— even before check in. I had lots of questions and they were always quick to respond.”

”Yes, room was very clean & well stocked with towels, coffee, shampoo, soap, extra blankets. Was a very short walk to the fashion square mall.”

”The hotel is old, run down and not maintained, this is a bad part of town. The room was dirty, sun flower seeds on the floor when I arrived, holes in the carpet, couch and cabinets are beat up.”

”Fantastic hotel for our girls getaway! Location was wonderful for walking to Old Scottsdale, restaurants, and other shopping areas.”

”Great stay from start to finish. Excellent pool, incredible restaurants, lively lobby, delicious cafe and a beautiful spa. Not our first stay and definitely won’t be our last!”

”Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.”

”We really enjoyed this hotel! The rooms are huge, the bar/restaurant is good. You get two free coffees per person down at the bar in the morning. The pool was nice too, and poolside snacks and drinks could be delivered right to your chair.”
