Built in 1860, this historic Arcata home, once home to author Brett Hart, has been newly remodeled and updated. This lovely rental is located on the first floor and features a full kitchen, small dining table, and a comfortable, sunlit living area warmed by a gas fireplace. Outside, enjoy the shared, enclosed, grassy backyard with outdoor seating, a gas BBQ, and even a Ping-Pong table. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared, on-site sauna & outdoor hot tub.

A damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: We cannot guarantee a spot in the driveway as they are shared between guests of all three units on a first come, first served basis. Ample street parking is available for guest use. On 10th Street, you can park right in front of the home between 4:00pm - 10:00am the following morning. Outside of these hours, there is a two-hour limit for street parking spots. There is no time limit across the street, so guests can park there anytime.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter.
