The small open-plan living area enjoys a comfortable sofa, smart flat-screen TV and incorporates both the kitchen and a small dining area. The kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an oven and a fridge freezer.

This is the ideal destination for travellers looking for a relaxing summer vacation with cultural and historical exploration. The Archaeological Museum of Ancient Olympia is a 6-minute drive away and the Olympia Theatre, which hosts concerts during the summertime is a 5-minute walk away from the house. There is also a traditional tavern within a 5-minute walk where guests can savour the local cuisine.

Location

The property is located in the peaceful Village of Floka in the western part of the Peloponnese peninsula a 20-minute walk away from the Archaeological Museum of Ancient Olympia. One of the most historically significant archaeological sites in Greece, Ancient Olympia is renowned as the birthplace of the Olympic Games which were held in honour of the Greek God Zeus.

The area around Floka also offers a number of natural attractions including Kaiafa Lake - a 25-minute drive away. A popular destination for relaxation and wellness, the lake is fed by a natural thermal spring believed to have therapeutic properties and offers a warm and soothing bathing experience. Visitors can easily combine a visit to the lake with a trip to the nearby sandy beaches along the Ionian Sea including Zacharo Beach (a 25-minute drive away).

Wine lovers may want to visit Olympia Land Winery, which is located a 7-minute drive away from the property. This winery produces high-quality wines and offers tours and tastings, allowing visitors to sample some of the local vintages. The surrounding countryside also offers opportunities for agritourism, where visitors can learn about traditional farming practices, olive oil production, and other agricultural activities. For the more adventurous, the Olympia Adventure Club, a white-water rafting center is a 15-minute drive away.
