The location is clean, well appointed, and is close to everything we needed including food, shopping, and entertainment. The hosts respond quickly and have the place well equipped for all your needs. The surroundings are quiet and on a dead end street with very little traffic. We came for a concert and found out we like the fun eateries in Greensboro as well. ”This was one of, if not the best short term rentals I’ve ever used. Cool neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. The place was really cool with a great vibe. Decorations were very high end, but it also felt comfortable. I felt settled and at home from the minute I walked in. The host was very communicative. Not a single complaint or regret. If you’re in Greensboro, this is the place. ”

”We were in town for college graduation with extended family. The guest house was perfect for the older parents who wanted to retire earlier and not stay up all night talking with the rest of us. It was super clean and right behind the main house so they didn’t feel left out. How do I recommend. ”

The neighborhood is nice and the location is fairly close to shopping centers. Everything was maybe 5-7 minutes near the location. We will definitely be booking again. ”
