”It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is...

”Stayed for two months in the summer while doing an internship in Greensboro. Great, cozy apartment. Parking was always available & it’s walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, breweries, and more. ”

”The owner used the home to take a shower etc..in the middle of the rental. Two women in their 20's were using the rental they felt unsafe and unacceptable the owner thought he could still use it while it was rented for 7 days. He left his things out in the bathroom so it was clear he used it during their stay. Actually think given the issue we need a 50% refund.”

”This property is extremely comfortable and welcoming. It provides a modern urbanite feel with beautiful decor. The bedrooms were spacious with good storage, the beds are comfortable and large. Large Apple TV. All new decor with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood in park like surroundings. Easy parking. Superior location close to great restaurants and stores, easily accessible for travel. We stayed over a month and could not have been more pleased! This is what VRBO strives to be!”

”Centrally located property, within walking distance of movies, art galleries, and plenty of good eats. However, the place needs a little TLC. The floor was peeling and uneven. The bathroom seat was sliding off. Worse, the barnhouse doors trapped several members of our parties in the bathroom. Curtains in one of the bedrooms did not close, letting in light and sounds from the passing trains.”

”The townhouse was absolutely BEAUTIfUL!!!! Exactly like it's pictured!! Location wasn't to my liking. I chose this place due to the ad saying there was a pool. When I inquired about it after I booked. Julie was super quick to respond!! There was no pool on property but there's one at the YMCA. And took some money off. Julie responded to all my questions! Very nice!! ”

”Our stay was awesome! Loved the location. Uber was great getting us around so we could leave car parked. Just what we needed and such stylish design and decor! Appliances were great. Bathroom was incredible. Entry was quick and easy! Host was great to work with and provides so much! Thank you for the great stay!!”
