”I really liked it! The hotel is clean and modern with good breakfast. Staff was so friendly. My room was near the reception so I heard all the noises to the room but it was quite silent at nights and in the mornings. I totally recommend staying here!”

”No flaws. It was very clean and had amazingly renovated bathroom. The big balcony with a hot tub was an insanely good experience. So everything about the room and hotel was just perfect.”

”Great B&B in a lovely secluded, quiet and tranquill setting. We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean with modern bathroom. The breakfast always had lots of variety and options available. Just a short drive to Perugia with lots to see in the town, and a great base for day trips further afield, Todi and...
”I can’t praise this hotel enough. This is the best hotel we have stayed at and we have been holidaying in Italy for 30 years. Definitely somewhere I would recommend and would plan to come back to.
It only has 18 rooms so is never busy. There are beautiful outdoor seating areas with shade and bar service.

”This hotel was amazing! The room was very clean and the service was good, everyone so nice and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our stay. The breakfast was very good and the service was amazing. The hotel is located in the city center of Perugia so it was easy to get to the places in the city. The location was perfect. We liked a lot our room and slept very well in this hotel. ”

”Mukava pikkuhotelli keskeisellä paikalla josta helppo suunnistaa kaupunkiin tutustumaan, tosin ehkä hieman monimutkaista löytää ensimmäisellä kerralla. Hintatasoon nähden kohtuullinen yöpymispaikka. Aamiaistarjoiluun toivoisi hieman monipuolisuutta. Vaikka sijaitsi keskustassa ei meluhaittaa.”

”Room was clean and had air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Minor, but very frustrating issue: the showerhead was too heavy or the mounting too loose to stay at any usable angle, instead it was always pointing at the wall with the shower controls. Had to use one hand to hold the showerhead in position and another to wash.
Location is great if you use local buses. Otherwise it's a difficult walk to both the main train station and bus terminal.
