The home is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery in Arcugnano, in the hills surrounding Vicenza, offering picturesque views and a peaceful setting that combines nature, history, and local traditions.

The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a patio, and a garden (shared space).

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses) with a double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, nightstands, closet, split A/C;

- BEDROOM 2 with a single bed, nightstand, desk, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with a shower, 2 sinks, a bidet, and a toilet;

- PATIO (accessible from the living room) with a table and chairs;

- GARDEN (shared space).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent underfloor heating, air conditioning (split system in the living room and both bedrooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer, private parking (for compact cars and SUVs).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Check-in will be done via online self-check-in; and completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to pick up your keys and gain access to the apartment.



Keys can be retrieved free of charge via a smart lock on-site. The combination will be provided via text message a few days before check-in.

In case of problems, assistance will be available until 11:00 PM.



If you’d prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is available upon request at no charge from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After 7:00 PM, this service is available for a surcharge of:

EUR 30 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM

EUR 50 from 10:00 PM to 11:00

Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM, even with an additional fee.



Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Depending on the apartment’s availability—which can be confirmed shortly before arrival—the following options are available:

early check-in: 30 euros

late check-out: 50 euros



The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
