”Cate & Mike's place is well equipped and comfortable. It's in a great location, close enough to the interstate, restaurants, locations to hike, etc.”

”Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. ”

”Owner appears to really care about you having a lovely stay. Quiet focused on being dog friendly. Its a cute little home. It has all that is needed. The heat works well.I did not like that the home is directly on a at day time noisy street but the windows are quiet sound reducing. We did wash all dishes, left the place clean but our cleaning fee for the two days was 150.”

”This is a great place to stay if you have pets - they have fenced the entire back yard with a privacy fence and lots of room. House is great with plenty of room.”
