In this opportunity, we would like to give you more details about the mentioned .According to the web site, our rooms have calefaccion, and some rooms have air conditioning, and we offered you the option to change the room.On the other hand, the hot tub has a temperature according to regulations about 35.When a person leaves a room, the housekeeper checks the minibar, when you paid your bill, there was a person in the room; we had a last consume in the minibar and this was not included in the bill.We hope that this information has been of great help to you and that it has solved any other inquiry you might have had.
