”Staff very friendly”

”Great green hide out from the city - inner yard was cosy to chill! Only minus was the loud music played every day & evening in the pool bar.”

”The property is beautiful. We loved the hot springs and it was very pleasant to be able to wrap the robe from the room and make our way to the springs along the river. It was fun to see the Alpacas.”

”Very comfy hotel and Juanita the tortoise is a real highlight”

”This hotel is a little gem in Arequipa. Only a short walk to plaza de armas. The breakfast on the rooftop was very good and the view was magnificent. Overlooking the volcanoes and the cathedral. With early departure tours or checkout, the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us and that was much appreciated. Also the hotel in house tours agency was very convenient. They helped us in organising private tours to Toro Muerto and Colca canyon literally the day before. Sure they might be more expensive...

”Smoke from the adjacent casino fills the property when they decide to air out the casino. The smoke was noticeable in our room. The AC is an old wall unit that either blasts freezing air or does not move air at all leaving the room feeling hot/stale. Lack of soundproofing between rooms, you can easily hear everyone around you. Nice views from breakfast terrace, pool, and patio attached to room. Breakfast buffet was okay.”

”Great hotel in a perfect location. The street is pedestrian, so there is no traffic noise, and all rooms are facing away from the street. All amenities are great, the staff is very helpful and professional, all in all, a very very nice place to stay in Arequipa. The building was originally a travertine mansion, with a wrought iron gate, a cool patio, arches, columns and all the aesthetics of the Spanish colonial style. Very glad to have found it!”

”It is well located, nice property. Only negative was heating not working well. Personnel were helpful to find solutions .”

”Lovely small hotel at a perfect location. Just a few minutes away from the main square. Walkable area with lots of restaurants around. I always felt safe. Breakfast was nice too. Beautiful view from the rooftop of the volcanoes. Would definitely stay here again.”

”We loved to stay this hotel. The staff was great and hotel room was very nice. Location was perfect! We didn't eat breakfast, because we needed to leave very early at morning, but we got a breakfast bag with us. ”

”Lovely hotel! Very good breakfast, comfortable room and good service! ”

”This place is in a very quiet neighborhood and the garden was so peaceful and serene. Thank you Ani for the amazing service, text me sometime okay! Amazing time in Arequipa. 100% would recommend this place. Get this! The owner does 11 day motor cycle tours. Unreal Thanks again!!! See you on my next trip”

”Staff were very helpful and everything was perfect”
