”My husband and I had a great stay in this apartment after returning from a trip to Antarctica. We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but on a quite street so we were never bothered by noise. There was a beautiful swimming pool and small restaurant with in the gated complex. The apartment itself was well appointed and perfect for two people. Communication with Fernando was great. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.”

”Great location with everything you’d need for a trip, safe neighborhood and lots of extras like chargers in apt. Maybe a little worn furniture and fixtures but not a problem Somewhat noisy street with buses on cobblestones, few ceiling leaks when rained (a lot) management company was average didn’t address a few issues we had.”

”Pacific apartment staff are outstanding, Lara and the gentleman that works at the office are amazing people. They helped and accommodated for us all along in all our needs. They responded to all our call, even after hours promptly. Always with great energy and smile on their faces. Personalize treatment, they never forgot our names. Amazing staff that goes above and beyond. We felt very well taken care. Totally recommend !!”

”Tudo bem legal, apartamento confortável, como na descrição, e super bem localizado”

”entre a rua dos bares e feirinha e do terminal de ônibus, cerca de 5 minutos de caminhada, dá para fazer tudo a pé. o checkin foi tranquilo e atualmente disponibilizam as chaves através de uma caixa com senha na entrada do prédio, não necessitando buscá-la e ou devolvê-la em outro local. apartamento bem espaçoso, não achei muito barulhento, mas dependendo dos carros e motos que passam pode incomodar. cozinha completa com abridor de vinho, torradeira e chaleira.”

”The property is nice and clean. We had two problems a dog from the neighbors that barks all the time and a leak on the toilet that doesn’t let us sleep. We report the leak and no-one came to fix it. If you want to enjoy walking in town this place is very far and you will need a taxi to get there.”
