”Kind staff!”

”Room quite big, bit worn, but still ok. No air conditioning, so it was a bit hot during night. Easy to access, 20 min. from the airport.”

We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. ”Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend staying here. Unhelpful staff, room had not been cleaned, urine all over the toilet, carpet pure filth, smell was horrendous. Worse than a dog kennel. Moved to a different motel, staff refused refund”

”It is not the usual kind of hotel I would visit (last minute). The hotel was old, it was under renovation. The room was great. Clean and comfortable, there was nowhere to fill the jug with water in the room. The receptionist gave me ROTTEN Milk! But she was very friendly and very helpful.”

”Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

”I got a great welcome from the Lady at Reception and check in was easy. The room had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. It was very clean and the room service every day was welcome. I really appreciate the cleaning staff restocking coffee and milk when needed and making the bed. The bed was very comfortable. Good size bathroom and plenty of hot water. The television is overdue for an upgrade. Restaurants are close by and there is a supermarket next door. Parking is a bit of a tight...

”Motel is otherwise ok, but you just can't sleep there because of the noise. There was some party going on in the hallway and in other rooms all night and terrible noise from music and people speaking very loud and the personnel did absolutely nothing about it. Besides that there is also a church next door that had very loud music all evening (but not at night) and the planes were flying over the hotel very low. So we didn't get to sleep at all the night before our 36 hour trip back to Europe,...
