”Most amazing lady at reception. She was so kind and helpful. Rooms were large and wheelchair access was very good. Food was tasty. ”

”Gorgeous well established landscaping and grounds. We really enjoyed the feeling of privacy and the lower room count. The pool isn’t very big, so when there are small children it can feel like everyone is on top of each other. The only missing amenity would be an in room refreshments/mini bar. ”

”Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. ”

”I cannot believe this is an Embassy Suites, let alone an Embassy Suites in the Biltmore! Check in staff was obnoxious, even though we prepaid the hotel in full. The rooms are so dated there are permanent stains in the porcelain. Pool is a pathetic little rectangle. Their guest reception was so understaffed, we were only able to get one drink instead of two. Absolutely the only positive is the location, and owners have zero pride. ”

”Check in was easy. Host communication was great. Studio was very clean. Dedicated parking spot for the unit was an added bonus. Overall, fantastic stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Thanks Vince!”

”My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to The Sanctuary in Scottsdale. The location is perfect- very close for hiking Camelback, close to great shopping and the best restaurants in town. My daughter and I spent a week at this resort and will definitely be back. ”

”Resort is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately my entire travel party became ill (no fault of resort), and couldn’t take full advantage of the amenities. ”

”Staff, food and lodging are excellent. Spa was wonderful— only caveat is making a reservation. Their website is hard to navigate on a phone. Had to wait on the phone for too long as well. Spa staff were very attentive once we arrived.”
